Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Fastep, a freelance development platform operated by Faisal Abdulaziz ("Faisal", "we", "us"). By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Fastep is a one-provider development platform. Faisal personally delivers every service ordered through the site: Website Development, Dashboards & Internal Tools, Excel Systems & Trackers, Business Automation, Consultation, and the Full Build. Current services and pricing are shown on the homepage and may change at any time; the price you pay is the price shown when you confirm your order.

You must create an account and verify your email address (via a one-time code we send you) before placing an order on Fastep.

You're responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering, ordering, or filling in your project details — inaccurate information may delay or affect the quality of the service you receive.

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use Fastep.

To order, select a service and confirm — this creates your request and opens a chat with Faisal. Payment is made by bank transfer to Faisal's bank account; the IBAN is shared with you in the chat. Fastep does not process online payments and never collects your card or bank login details.

After transferring, upload a photo of your receipt in the chat. Faisal confirms payment and begins work once it's received — work does not start before payment is confirmed.

You may cancel a request free of charge at any time before payment is confirmed, simply by telling Faisal in the chat.

Once payment is confirmed and work has begun, the service fee is generally non-refundable, since Faisal's time has already been committed to your request. If you believe there's a problem with the service delivered, contact Faisal directly in the chat or at alghamdifaisal243@gmail.com — refund and revision requests are handled on a case-by-case basis at his discretion.

Fastep provides development and consulting services — websites, dashboards, Excel systems, and automation. We cannot and do not guarantee any specific business outcome, revenue increase, or result from using the delivered work. Business outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.

When using the chat, planner, and other features, you agree not to: submit false or misleading information about yourself; upload content you don't have the right to share; harass, threaten, or abuse Faisal or attempt to access other clients' data; or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Once you've paid in full for a service, the website, dashboard, Excel system, automation, or other deliverable Faisal produces for you is yours to use as you wish.

The Fastep name, logo, website design, and content are owned by Faisal Abdulaziz and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Fastep is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, Faisal and Fastep are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including any business or financial outcome. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We may update these Terms as the service evolves; we'll update the date at the top of this page when we do. Continued use of Fastep after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute arising from your use of Fastep will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Saudi Arabia.
